Attached are some documents that can help your student select an endorsement for their graduation plan.

Start with "Cluster Questions". This will help your student begin to recognize their strengths/likes.

Next look at the chart in the attachment "Endorsements & Career Clusters". This will direct students to which endorsement to choose that corresponds to the cluster where their interests lie.

The attachment "Relating National Career Clusters to Career Pathways" lists just a few of the careers associated with particular clusters. This list is by no means exhaustive. The following website has a wealth of information.
